Maybe Forever tells the story of Harper, a school girl mom all grown up, and Dakota, the young man who appeared in their lives as the babysitter but became so much more. Jamie is now 15-years-old and about to start High School. He wishes for a proper relationship with his father, but is unsure of how it will impact both his mom and Dakota, who he sees as a parent by proxy.
This debut novel is sweet, full of romance and minor angst. With no editing or grammatical errors to distract the eye, you are swiftly drawn into their lives as the plot moves along at a smooth pace. Told in present tense, by multiple points of view, there is something here for everyone. Definitely recommended by me.
