Destiny's Call is the first book in a new series that shows massive potential! Daniel and Aiden are both mages living in the 'normal' world. With a set of rules and regulations that mages are bound by, neither knows what the other one is, although they have admired each other from afar for years. Aiden is the Medium of his generation and everyone tells him it's a gift. However, for his own reasons, he sees it as a curse. Daniel is a prince and heir to the throne. When his mother calls him and his cousins together with a warning, friction and tension abound. 

 

This story is intricately woven, with sexual tension, denial, danger, balance and betrayal within its pages. I loved how Daniel and Aiden helped each other, they definitely balance each other out. 

 

Well-written, with a smooth pace and interesting characters, this is an excellent start to the series and I can't wait to read more. Highly recommended.
