The Fervor is the first book in the Sinful Supes series, and it starts with a bang! Claire is new to the whole Supes world, due to having .0024% succubus found in her DNA. She is uprooted and sent to a college far away from home. She is still trying to figure out how to survive against all the different Supes. She gets into trouble on her first evening class, and then it all goes to hell in a handbasket!

 

The only reason I haven't given this book a 5-star review is simple - 1) I NEEDED MORE!!!! lol, I was so engrossed in the story, that when it ended, my kindle nearly did too! and 2) Although Lucas is a magnificent character, and I loved him so much, I just couldn't quite get my head around his age. Now I know that this is something that Claire was dealing with too, which made it easier. 

 

This book totally surprised me. It is full of action, drama, emotion, and yes, there is some sex too! What do you seriously expect in a book about a succubus though?! It is very well written, with no editing or grammatical errors to disrupt the reading flow. I thoroughly enjoyed this novella and can't wait to read more. Absolutely, definitely recommended by me.
